guru sebagai makhluk sosial

now i"m working as teacher at secondary school. the best reason i took this job because i'ts very near from my house. it's take 10 minutes to me to go to work using my super duper motorbike honda wave 125. as person which specialist in psychology and sosiology, now my interest is describing teacher as p[art of evereday human insterest. it's mean I'm comparing teacher in general opinion by the public and i'ts actual view inside recess room. of course some of the view is correct and some it's not. i'ts depend how you view the issues ig you were tacher of course toy disagree with the general opinion and vice versa. this is some of the pioint that i love to highlight.


1. sindrom lupa daratan (land of the lost)

of course as the largeest goverment servant group (police and army can't be consider) they have lot of advantage, teacher can buy almost anything using their post as goverment servant. any bank or credit facilities were surely give a credit to teacher because they have easily acces to cut the salary to pay the installment. this make them forget and cry at the end of the month. lucky if they do part time job just lime me or have wife or husband work toghether (mostly toghether work as teacher also like me)


2. Katak bawah tempurung (wayne world)

some of these teacher they werelive in their own world, thier own lifestyle, their own views, their own social relations and their own bloody heck of interest. its mean they sonetime never understand how round of this world. for example they know about mecca but they do not know about masjidil aqsa. they personal view is subjective as their world. another example that i found : most of the teacher will think Indonesia were poor country and nasty and uncivilise. malaysia is better to them in compare to indonesia or anywhere else. but the reality is upside down. some part indonesia is much more better than malaysia so do malaysia. lots of teacher having comparative study to singapore, malaysia and thailand. but how many teacher organisation do so? even very rare any teacher organisation were checking how their collegue

surviving in very deep part inside the jungle in sabah or sarawak serve the country as teacher.


3.they only the best and see another person one eyes

This is true story : pada hari khamis dalam minggu-minggu terakhior bulan julai saya telah membantu rakan guru untuk memungut derma bagi kanak-kanak sepastik. tabung derma tersebut dari JPNJ. waktu sekitar jam 1300 hrs pertukaran sesi pagi dan petang.jadi dalam bilik guru penuh dan riuh. tidak ada masalah bagi saya memungut derma pada bahagian guru-guru lelaki baik melayu dan bukan melayu. namun pada bahagian guru wanita yang ketika itu sedang sibuk membelek kain atau pakaian yang sedang dipromosikan oleh orang luar (sekitar 5 orang guru wanita) mereka tidak langsung mempedulikan saya. mereka anggap saya orang luar masuk dalam sekolah untuk pungut derma. sama macam orang mintak derma kat kedai mamak. saya memberi salam secara terbukla. saya tak dengar di teluinga saya mereka menjawab salam. mereka sibuk memberlek kain dan tidak mempedulikan saya walaupun ada mereka yang tahu saya guru pagi dan juga saya memakai tanda nama keguruan. (saya guru baru) dan mereka bersurai(mungkin kerana gangguan saya. apabila saya mendekati mereka secara satu persatu tiada seorangpunyang menghulurkan derma pada saya. ada satu guru melayu perempuan dengan sombong mnolak tabung yang saya hulurkan dengan sombong dan bongkak. seolah-olah saya pelarian atau pendatang asing yang masuk secara haram dan ingin menipu beliau./ saya tak marah, cum,a kecewa dengan segelintir guru yang sedemikian. syukur ilmu psikologi saya mengajar saya menghadapi orang seperti ini.
